An angiogram done in february of 2018 showed 0% blockage and a cardiac monitor worn for 30 days 8 months ago showed no abnormalities. i suffer from depression, severe anxiety and multiple sclerosis. should i be worried about my heart?

The information you provide reveals you had no abnormalities in the physical blockage of the arteries and no cardiac arrhythmia. It's probably the case that your emotions probably manipulated a doctor to do that invasive testing. Develop a relationship with a primary care doctor, you need several visits to answer your concerns. I don't think this is the best way for you to address your concerns

Appears that cardiac function is stable. Would suggest you now focus on optimal treatment for your MS. Your emotional issues could be addressed with cognitive-behavioral therapy and/ or biofeedback.
