I have depression/anxiety. i am worried about neuro effects of steroids used in trigger-point injections. should i ask doc not to use steroids in tpi?

See below: You can discuss this with your doctor. Steroids are good for inflammation, but can cause increased anxiety in some individuals. Injection with a local anesthetic may be a good option.
