Go to PCP.: Go back to the doctor who prescribed the two medications and have him refer you to a psychiatrist who can evaluate you to try to pinpoint the cause of your depression and anxiety . A psychotherapist will also help you uncover the cause of your problems. Most antidepressants , in the right dose, takes about 2 -4 weeks before you can feel an improvement in your depression and anxiety.
