A member asked:

Can taking 160 mg of aspirin daily for 2 months now, cause my iron levels to drop?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Aspirin can only be related to anemia if you develope a bleeding ulcer. Anemia in a young menstruating female is usually related to having very heavy menstrual periods. Hope that info helps.
