Miscarriage & APL: Antibodies should be positive on multiple occasions, and not simply IgM class. There are so many other factors that could lead to miscarriage, that if you've had repeated loss, you should review your medical history with a reproductive endocrinologist. The most common cause is a bad egg, but PCOS, clotting issues, uterine abnormalities, infection and the immune system could contribute to MC.
