Can aspirin(50 mg daily)and coumadin (warfarin) cause deficity of iron. hemoglobin of my 10 month old is 106, how to increase hemiglobin without iron sypplements?

Anemia: By your question it is hard to know if your child is taking Aspirin and Coumadin (warfarin) or somebody else. If a person is on Coumadin (warfarin) he is closely monitored. The combination of the two drugs can causemicroscopic bleeding . Nevertheless , by eating cereals you can replace iron.
