I have been on 325 mg aspirin daily for almost two years. my eosinophils have slowly been rising (now 1,300 ) & make up 15% of wbcs. hives, allergy symptoms , abnormal liver/kidney functioning. is this dress syndrome ? ext steps ? switch 2 plavix?

You need to tell us more about your use of Aspirin and what is the reason behind its use ?necessary. With a high Eosinophil count, drug allergy becomes a serious consideration. You need to see an allergist and also consider stopping Aspirin unless there is a good reason to be on a blood thinner(?)
