Working with Doctors: It is not normal for any physician to approve or disapprove one's food choices unless there is a disease or treatment issue. The answer here is simple and obvious. Of course there are diets that include too many of one food source. The extremes do happen. But, if you are getting a good mix of other calories and nutrients then in general we have little to say about your specifics.
