Moderate Vit K: Most nuts have a moderate amount of vitamin k in them, so with each handful you're antagonizing the Coumadin (warfarin) effect, that is, lowering your inr. Sunflower seeds have a very low amount of vitamin k, but still, the effect is simply dose-dependent: the more you eat them, the greater the impact.
