A member asked:

What happens if my boyfriend (allergic to peanuts) drank almond milk without having a reaction, can he eat powdered almond?

Probably: Peanut and almond are not cross reactive. If there is no history of almond allergy in the first place, then drinking almond milk confirms no allergy. That said you have to make sure that the almond powder is not processed in a factory which also makes peanut products.
