Yes: You are dealing with an infection. It will progress until you have it treated. It will effect your immune system. It can effect the rest of your mouth and body. Do not ignore this. See a dentist and get the tooth treated pro extracted.

Yes: Any infection can travel thru the blood stream and lymphatics to cause illnesses. Once the wisdom teeth become decayed it is important to remove them asap.
