You can't: It's not a DIY procedure. You MUST, however, have treatment ASAP to prevent infection from spreading to other organ systems. Contact your state's Social Services network to see if there is a subsidized clinic in your area. Treatment can be accomplished at a university Dental School at a reduced rate. Oral Surgeon may offer extended payment plan. Good luck.

Mission of Mercy: There are Mission of Mercy (MOM) free dental clinics throughout the country and also some dental offices have a community day where they offer free dental care. Community Clinics or Dental Schools can also have free or reduced care. Social Services or state funded dental programs such as Medicaid might be something you could look into.
