I think you should be good. Rinse your mouth with glyoxide or some mouth wash to get rid of some of the bacteria and give your dentist a call if you develop pain, swelling, or drainage from that area.

If you are on antibiotics than no concern ,if not than request them. Keep area clean and rinse with peroxide. Practice good oral hygiene and wait for area to heal so food and other debris don't get in extraction site. See your dentist for the follow up when scheduled.
