Possibly: A serious infection anywhere in the body can be life threatening if not treated. Signs of fever with vomiting and episodes of fainting are concerning and require immediate attention esp if associated with infection. This requires immediate attention and should not be postponed any longer. Please see your nearest physician or emergency room to get checked out asap.

They need to get the infection under control before they disturb the area and spread the infection. Be patient, take your antibiotics as prescribed and follow-up with your dentist as directed.
