Find s mental health: Clinic in your area. They should have a sliding fee scale and may even offer free services. Do you have health insurance? If not you may want to apply for obamacare ; see if you qualify. Good luck ; let us know how you do.

community: Community mental health centers, as well as churches, and educational institutions everywhere have systems ranging from sliding-scale reduced fees to volunteers and trainees. It is important to get treatment when symptoms disrupt normal life. Ask for help to your dr, or locally in institutions and state agencies around your area. Best wishes.

Psych resources: Finding assistance with limited resources is possible. Many community mental health clinics and training facilities have sliding scales and some limited availability for pro-bono therapy services. Be pro active. Nami.Org can offer assistance and information as well. Self help books such as "mind over mood" be helpful. Try and stay away from self diagnosing through web based sites. Good luck!
