Therapy can help: You can confidentially with a psychologist or psychiatrist who does therapy about ways to fell better and what is causing you such stress and bodily fears. Best.

See Below: There are no "best way"; it's all very person-specific. You need to try different things to see what works or maybe a combination of different things might work. You might want to re-evaluate things you can/cannot control and accept the one that you cannot control; practice stress management: exercise, relaxation, sleep hygiene, creating a routine to make your environment more predictable.

Regarding your : Hypochondriasis, i would encourage you to look into a form of talking treatment called cognitive behavioral therapy. It can also help you to deal with stress. When overall anxiety/ stress level is reduced, it is likely that your sleep will improve too. Here are some sleep hygiene tips. Retire & rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark & cool & use only for sex & sleep. Turn off tv. No naps. >.
