Tell therapist: about your experience. Psychotherapy can unsettle things which can lead to progress. You are busy but need to prioritize your tasks and link them to self-worth and respond to all of them as major issues. Think about world tragedies for a moment and it will put things into perspective. You are dealing w/real issues but need to see the bigger picture w/the help of your therapist. Peace & health
