A member asked:

Is one glass of milk enough calcium for the day? i don't like milk and have limited access to "fancy" foods. i hope the milk is enough.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

yes but: You don't need any milk at all. If you eat a well-balanced diet with leafy green vegetables, grains, nuts, and even other dairy products (like yogurt or any type of cheese), you will get enough calcium. These other dairy products aren't even necessary. You can also take calcium supplement tabs if you want. But you definitely don't need to drink any milk at all.
