A member asked:

What iss generally considered better: drinking a glass of milk or taking a calcium supplement?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

SUPPLEMENT: Daily calcium requirement is between 1000 - 1200 mg. A cup of milk only provides 300 mg. You can easily find calcium supplements of 400, 500 and 600 mg and taking 2 a day will help you meet your requirements.
