Yes, OK as long as:: Those who supplement with calcium alone appear to have an increased risk of atherosclerosis. True ; False: There are calcium products that contain co-factors like d, k, etc. So the calcium goes to your bones and not your arteries. You are better off eating leafy green vegs for your calcium and other minerals than drinking milk. Peace and good health.
