I have been having rlq abdominal pain for 11 days. i went to the hospital and was told that my blood tests and ct scan (with no contrast) were clear. could it be appendicitis?

Hmmm: If your pain still after 11 days. I think it warrant a repeat trip to the doctor or er. Sometime early in disease process, it hard to diagnose. Be patience with us, we will get to the bottom of your problem.

Appendicitis: Cannot possibly diagnose this over the internet. A ct without contrast is not the best imaging procedure to perform. If you are dissatisfied with your care go and get another assessment.

hard to say: Need to be seen by a surgeon and reexamined. Will need repeat cbc, amylase and urinalysis with preg test if you are a female. And possibly a ct scan with PO and IV contrast. If all neg may even need a diagnostic laparoscopy.
