Commentary: Your description could be consistent with an infection in kidney, pyelonephritis, but the blood in urine could be a sign of kidney stone. The CAT scan might have missed a small stone. But not completely sure that you do not have some other abdominal issue. So, contact your internist and get this nailed down.
