Several weeks: The toe will grow at regular speed. If you just had part of your nail resected then wait for it to start to heal and get rid of infection. Then it will grow back over several weeks. Keep it clean. Avoid infection by always using clean socks. Eat healthy and avoid smoking. Hope this helps.

About 1 year: It takes a toenail about 1 year to grow from base of toe to tip.
