Depends upon you: Answer also depends upon who you ask. Many docs ; nutritionists feel that you don't need a daily vitamin if you eat "right". However, most people don't eat "right" ; certainly not every day. Other docs would suggest a multivitamin just in case of above while others state that it's difficult to get enough vitamins via common foods. There is no specific brand. Iron is good if menstruating. Vit d too.
