Possibly: Unfortunately, your symptoms are non-specific. Meaning that many different things could be causing them. It is possible that your TSH suppression could be contributing to your symptoms..

Less likely: Symptoms you are reporting does not represent classical hyperthyroid symptoms, and would recommend your primary to evaluate look for other causes. Discuss with your endocrine doctor, to see if your TSH is at goal for your thyroid cancer risk.
