See below.: Your lab TSH of 0.07 is indicative of the levothyroxine dose being high.In thyroid cancer patients, depending on the risk and staging, dose of levothyroxine is given in higher doses than what body requires, to decrease the risk of thyroid cancer recurrence. Discuss with your endocrinologist if your TSH is at target goal for your thyroid cancer stage , risk and response to treatment.
