Thyroid cancer survivor with total thyroidectomy 10 years ago. recent tsh was 0.03 and free t4 was 2.5, i was experiencing many symptoms including twitching. endo changed dose from 250 to 200mcg. 10 days later im still twitching. when should it stop?

Tremor is a typical symptom of hyperthyroidism but twitching is not a common manifestation of this condition. If your symptom persists with a reduced dose of T4, other etiologies of twitching should be considered.
