Currently being tx'd for PSA with plaquenil and Stelera. Last 2 years I've had 1 positive ANA but my (ds) DNA runs extremely high between 835 - 2200 IU/ml. I suffer from extreme fatigue and joint and body aches. Lupus? Another autoimmune disease?
Can sjogrens alone (without lupus) be associated with a high ANA (1:2560)? I have signs of sjogrens including anti ro but no signs of lupus.
I am unsure that my dr is correct of mylupus diagnosis (no labs + other than ANA) 2nd opinion dr says no lupus if I take plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) w/o disease will hurt me?
