Sjogren's and lupus: Both of these are autoimmune diseases and in some patients may be seen together. The treatments are similar and essentially are medications used to dampen the immune system. As a rheumatologist, we treat the patient and not the labs. If you do have clinical findings I recommend seeing a rheumatologist. I would be happy to do a consult if needed.
