Which R & L lobes?: Please clarify, when you say "lobe" whether you mean of the lung, the liver, or what structure (it certainly makes a difference in the answer we can offer). Also, what are your risk factors regarding travel, for infection, medications taken, occupational exposures, and past medical history? Were the nodules described as solid, cystic, complex, granulomatous, vascular, etc. & how were they found?
