Sleep apnea : I strongly suggest to you to be checked by a sleep disorders physician .You need to have a sleep study and based on it. The dr will decide if you having what we call sleep apnea or not and the severity of it and if you need a CPAP or just and oral appliance to help you breath while asleep.

sleep apnea: Please discuss this with your physician immediately. Lacking adequate oxygen during sleep due to sleep apnea can put you at risk for heart attack, high blood pressure, stroke, and diabetes, just to name a few.In addition , falling asleep while driving could be fatal to you and others.
