Few possibilities: Sleep hygiene is a big field. If you can avoid fluids, especially alcohol, anywhere near bedtime. No naps. Dinner several hrs before bed. Same sleep time & wake time daily. If you snore get a sleep study to see if u have sleep apnea. Therapy is a miracle if u do. Just takes getting used to.
