I find it really hard to get to sleep at night and spend hours lying in bed before i finally sleep but in the mornings i have to drag myself out of bed what's wrong?

Few possibilities: Sleep hygiene is a big field. If you can avoid fluids, especially alcohol, anywhere near bedtime. No naps. Dinner several hrs before bed. Same sleep time & wake time daily. If you snore get a sleep study to see if u have sleep apnea. Therapy is a miracle if u do. Just takes getting used to.
