"Stress" is vague: It is impossible to answer without knowing what you mean by "stress." it is a vague and euphemistic word. Are you experiencing depression? Anxiety? Agitation? Sleeplessness? Physical symptoms?

If you are anxious: Passion flower, valerian ; chamomile may help. Although kava kava may help it has potential to cause liver damage. I would encourage good stress management before trying those. O address stress: talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol.
