Several: Mindfulness-based stress reduction is an option whose effectiveness depends on your personal practice rather than the vagaries of an herb or pharmaceutical. That said, magnesium; kava (except for some concerns about liver function); theanine; lemon balm; passion flower, etc may all be worth trying -- as well as bach flower essences. Homeopathy with a trained homeopath may help also.
