Yes: I would not be using these with any psychotropic medications, alcohol, or other drugs. But passionflower and lemon balm can be very helpful. Tension release by mega foods combines these & is safe. Also kava stress relief by yogi tea. The longer you steep this tea (it also has nice spices in it) the stronger it gets, though. Milky oats is another -- like nature's xanax (alprazolam) & not habituating.
