any supplements/natural ways to help sleep better w/out medication? i have to wear mouth gaurd so i won't clench teeth. i guess i stress when asleep.

Few: Bruxism (grinding) is often, but not always stress induced--could be a reaction to gerd, infection in the mouth/teeth, muscle pain/spasm, etc. Wouldn't recommend supplements without exam. But best way to improve sleep is proper diet, exercise and good sleep hygiene (constant bedtime, time in bed). Avoid caffeine and alcohol prior to bedtime.
