Few: Bruxism (grinding) is often, but not always stress induced--could be a reaction to gerd, infection in the mouth/teeth, muscle pain/spasm, etc. Wouldn't recommend supplements without exam. But best way to improve sleep is proper diet, exercise and good sleep hygiene (constant bedtime, time in bed). Avoid caffeine and alcohol prior to bedtime.
