Tell each one NOW: You need to tell each and every one of your providers about all your medical conditions and your medications--inc. Prescriptions, over the counters , herbals, and illegal drugs if you want any one to help you. Without all info--one of them may harm (could even kill!) you. Get over embarrassment: we have to care about and help you medically; unless we're married to you, we don't judge "socially".

Disclosure needed: The only way that you can get the best treatment is to tell your dentist and other healthcare providers your entire history and all of your problems and concerns. Do not be afraid to tell them everything. They will not judge you, only try to help you.
