Painful Teeth: Not sure of your question. Broken mandible or maxilla? Painful always or just biting during radiograph? You're being treated by a number of different providers... they know your situation better than anyone on this forum.

Pain on biting: May be due to fractured jaw, a fractured tooth, displaced tooth/teeth, tooth or gum/bone infection, damaged or loose filling,or other reasons. When you bit on x-ray sensor and it hurt did you inform the Dentist? Is the Dentist that took the x-ray the same one that treated your broken jaw? Return ASAP to the Dentist(s) that treated you for evaluation, they are the people that know you best.
