A member asked:

I'm lactose intolerant. are there any supplements i should take to make up for anything lost (i.e. vitamins, etc.) as a result of not having dairy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lactose intolerant: You can do quite well with a nutritious diet without diary products. If you however would like to take in some dairy you can use products like lactaid milk which has the lactase added so the milk can be digested by your system without causing symptoms. Also lactaid tablets are available to chew when you eat milk products.
