A 20-year-old female asked:
Can you take extra supplements along with a daily multi vitamin, or would that result in an unhealthy or unnecessary excess of certain vitamins?

Waste of money: A cheap daily multivitamin is intended to cover everybody in normal health even if they need a little more than the next person. The pricey vitamins are sold by people who are trying to mislead you. Don't reward them.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
