Is 100mg the highest dose of topamax (topiramate) for migraines and can it be taken with other pills? also can you take it once a day or must it be split?

Not really: The clinical trial in migraine prevention used 100 mg as the maximal dose. Since the medication is not a delayed release preparation, should be administered twice a day. Increasing the dose can cause further resection in frequency and intensity of migraines, but at the risk of side effects.
