Topamax (topiramate): Has many side effects- one is glaucoma. Check with the doctor treating you and ask about your options!

Poss. Beta Blockers.: You are already not tolerating migraine meds, i suppose like triptans and not even topomax. If your blood pressure and pulse allows you can be started on beta blockers like inderal (propranolol). Your doctor can guide you on usage. Once example would be to start with lower dose like Inderal (propranolol) la 80mg once daily and build up to Inderal (propranolol) la 320mg if tolerating it and it is improving your headaches. Consider Botox: Botox has been approved for chronic migraine (>15 per month) since oct 11. Consult your neurologist about this.

Stop Topamax (topiramate): Several choices to prevent migraine headaches, including Depakote, and calcium channel blockers, and certainly avoid Beta Blockers due to asthma. OTC preps really help, such as butterbur, feverfew, riboflavin, Co-Q10. Glad you are starting Copaxone, (glatiramer) hopefully the TIW injections, as the interferons do make headaches worse.
