Potentially : Drowsiness, hand tingling, metabolic acidosis, risk of heat stroke (mostly kids), narrow angle glaucoma, kidney stones, weight loss, interference with speech and memory. So, does that seem to fit with your complaints? Do seek out your doctor, as there are plenty of meds available to deal with migraine, and maybe topirimate is not your best drug.
