I ate tegretol when i was 14 and after my doctor said i didn't need it just i've migraine headache & now i take topamax (topiramate). is tegretol adversely affect?

Doubtful: Do not think that tegretol caused your headaches, and it does not do a good job stopping migraines either, but your topamax (topiramate) is indeed fda indicated for migraine prevention.
