See your doctor: The first thing you should do is see your doctor to make sure the baby is ok, particularly with your cramping they can also discuss other treatment options for your headaches after first ruling out anything very serious as the cause. The fact that you lost consciousness is worrisome. You should see your doctor immediately.

AGREE WITH DR TYSON: I too feel you need to have an immediate exam, just to be safe for yourself and baby. You really cannot take the usual migraine meds during pregnancy, but it might be safe to take riboflavin or co-q10 for prevention, but check with OB doc. Some pts alleviate the headache pain with inhalation of 100% oxygen over 3-5 min, another topic to discuss. Good luck.
