A member asked:

What individual fetal measurement holds accuracy (represents true gestational age) longest in pregnancy (fl, ac, bpd, hc)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Must use averages: I don't believe that any single measurement is most accurate throughout pregnancy. It is usually the averages that are taken. The most accurate measurements are actually in the first trimester in the way of the crown rump length in terms of predicting the estimated date of delivery.
