Probably cyst: There are 2 cyst commonly seen on the scalp: pilar cyst and an epidermal inclusion cyst. Both are benign. If you are concerned see your doctor. There are usually very easy to remove. The tissue will be submitted to a pathologist who will examine it and determine its origin.
