Most likely Yes,.: If the "lump" is a smooth ridge that extends from front to back and is mid-line, then yes, and you have nothing to worry about. If it is in any other direction, or is painful to touch is is shaped like a small ping pong ball, i would recommend you go to your doctor.

"metopic ridge": The skull is formed by five plates which move a little to allow the head to fit out at birth. There is a ridge or divot that runs from the top of the head toward the nose, called the metopic suture, at a joint between two of the plates. This sticks up a little in lots of children, prob a family trait. If her head is growing normally, it is prob ok--your doc can check and advise.
