My sister has a lump on the top of her head, and it was there for how many years, but it doesn't cause her pain, i am the one who's very worried about it since it doesn't go away. i just want to ask if is there a need of concern about her lump?

Without an exam it is hard to speculate on the cause or whether to worry about it. It could be a simple cyst or something more worrisome. Only an exam and possibly tests could tell.
