Cyst likely: Most likely this is a sebaceous cyst under your scalp, which is a clogged oil gland. They can become tender and infected at times. I would not recommend trying to express fluid from it yourself, you may have it removed quite easily in an office setting. Your feeling sick is likely just your vasovagal response to the pain or thought of a lump on your head.
